These two had such chemistry in Dhoom 2 that the fireworks that resulted out of that almost burned them.
Hrithik and Ash shared their first onscreen kiss in this stylish film but the timing seemed to be wrong. Ash's impending wedding to Abhishek made the Bachchans see red. The kiss was later edited out of the film. But not before a lawyer from Muzaffarpur named Sudhir Kumar Ojha slapped obscenity charges against Hrithik and Ash. However, no action was taken against the stars.

Riya Sen gets her hands dirty
Well, not literally, The sexy siren Riya Sen plays a construction worker in a children and environmental film called ‘Zor Laga ke Haiya’! Directed by Girish Joshi, her character is that of a Maharashtrian village belle.
Starring Mithun Chakraborthy, Mahesh Manjrekar, Seema Biswas and Riya Sen, the film has even won an award at the Las Vegas film festival. Word is out that the film is soon to be released in India too.

No place for Charlie Chaplin on Karnataka beach
Hindu activists allegedly objected to a statue being put up of Charlie Chaplin in Udupi - the reason - it was too close to a temple and would hurt Hindu feelings.
A 67-feet world's tallest statue of Charlie Chaplin was supposed to be installed near this scenic Maravanthe beach by a film director for his film shooting. The filmmaker wanted to leave it as a permanent tourist attraction. However, the local self-proclaimed Hindu activists have literally thrown mud on the plan.
Aamir turns 44, still looks young
Aamir Khan may not look a day over 34 but the actor celebrated his 44th birthday on March 14 with media at his house in Bandra, Mumbai.
On this occasion Aamir who was recently declared as the most powerful man in the film industry by a leading film magazine reiterated that he was not in the numbers game.
“I have never bothered about numbers. I look for excellence and not success,” says Aamir.
The last year has been especially successful for Aamir. He made his debut as a successful director with Taare Zameen Par and went on to have another big hit as producer with Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na and finally gave Bollywood its biggest money spinner till date - Ghajini.

, despite the low number of Indian actors who have made it big there. She added, “I’m not worried about not doing well. I feel a film like Slumdog... has really showcased my acting talents. Because I’m not always seen in my best light in the film — I have a scar on my face and a black-eye — it de-glamorises the character. Hopefully it will do great things for my career so people don’t just see me as a beautiful model.”

The Congress is understood to have bought the rights of award-winning song “Jai Ho” in Slumdog Millionaire for using it in its election campaign.
A senior party leader said “Jai Ho” showcased what the Congress represented to the people of India. The song represented hope and possibility in the film based on a rags-to-riches story and the Congress-led government rekindled hope in the multitudes, he said.
